A chilled bottle of Prosecco adds a touch of elegance to your toast, and a lovely dinner reservation rounds out your celebration in the picturesque island of Mykonos.

WEDDING PLANNER’S SERVICES

  • Long distance consultation (e-mail and telephone support) prior to your wedding.
  • Pre-wedding consultation with your wedding planner in Mykonos (up to 2 hours).
  • Booking & ensuring selected vendors included in the package.
  • Making payments of tips & balances to booked associates for their services.
  • Management - Set up of the wedding items included in the package.
  • Dedicated coordinator throughout your wedding day (Max 2 hours).
  • Follow up after the event: Making sure your photos & videos will be delivered. 
    *Only applies when a photographer/videographer is included in the package.

MYKONOS TOWN HALL 
 
Located in the Center of Mykonos Town in the old port area, Mykonos Town Hall is one of the most enduring landmarks of the city. It was built in 1785 primarily to serve as a residence of the Russian Count by the name of Ivan Voinovich during the infamous Russo - Turkish War.

The building used to be linked with the small temple of Saint Nikolaos of Kadenas (the small chapel in front of the town hall with the blue roof) with a bridge. The importance of this building is that its a temple dedicated to Saint Nikolas, the protector of all sea men (fisherman, ships, captains etc.)

Inside the premises, there are six well stocked libraries with a rich collection of books and manuscripts. The Town Hall being an old edifice, has been renovated a number of times as a precautionary measure, but the best part of this magnificent edifice is that it has still retained its elegant architectural features.
 
 
CIVIL WEDDING LEGAL DOCUMENT  GUIDANCE
  • Advice on how to obtain marriage license & consultation for obtaining all legal documents required.
  • Reserving & booking the wedding date and time at the Town Hall
  • Administration and Handling fees & Registrar fees for the wedding ceremony
  • Provision of two witnesses (if required- free of charge)
  • Wedding announcement (if needed)

  • Arranging the registry of your Marriage Certificate the following day
  • Arranging & accompanying you at the registry office for your Marriage Certificate the following day

* Whether it is allowed to have a civil wedding  in Greece or not, depends on your own country’s rules and will be examined upon each occasion

F & B: WEDDING CAKE  & WEDDING TOAST  

  • Bottle of Prosecco (chilled).
  • Champaign holder with ice to keep the sparkly chilled.
  • Champaign glasses for the couple.
  • Small bottles of water (cold).
  • Simple white wedding cake – vanilla flavor, 1 tier.
  • Cake serving items (plates spoon & cutting items).
 

BRIDAL BOUQUET & GROOM’S BOUTONIERE 

  • Bridal bouquet - Round arrangement with flowers and /or greenery. Medium size arrangement.
    • Flower selection between: Roses// Gerberas // Sunflowers // Daisies, arranged with greenery.
    • Color: Selection from the couple.
    • Matching groom’s boutonniere.

 


CAPTURING THE MOMENT -  PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER 

  • Photography services for 2 hours, including ceremony, group photos (if applicable) & short private photo shooting session with the couple.
    *All photos will be later delivered to the couple by email.

All photography packages include up to 2 hours of coverage at one (1) location. Please note that additional locations—particularly those that require travel or driving—will incur extra charges.

  • Restaurant suggestions & reservations on your behalf.

  • Kindly note that the prices indicated are for the exact packages designed. Any changes or additions that you wish to make may lead to additional fees.
  • Upon your selection of a Package, we will use our professional discretion to make the best choices of associate vendors for your package e.g. Celebrant, Sparkling wine, Florists etc.
  • Alternative location options are available and can be provided by presentation. If you wish to change the location of the ceremony additional rental fees may apply, according to your selection.
    *Visiting (scouting) those locations is also available but that will include an additional planner’s fee.

    ADD ONS: If you wish to add more services to the package, additional costs will apply. Besides the cost of the additional service itself, there will also be and additional service fee for the planner of 80.00€ per additional service.
