SERVICES FOR SOURCING THE BELOW VENDORS:
- Location scouting – Presentation of locations suitable for the type of ceremony you wish to have.
- Set up - Provision of associates and their services for set up items for the ceremony such as: -floor decks, gazebo/arch/chuppah, chairs, and aisle.
- Decorations - Inspirations about the type & style of your required decoration, suggestion of associate who can provide decorative items and flowers.
- Legal documents - Advice on legal documents required for ceremonies such as Orthodox & Civil.
- Celebrant/priest – Booking/holding the date for the priest or the celebrant, preparation of the ceremony as well as provision of wedding celebrant who will customize and perform your required ceremony.
- Catering services – Suggestion of several options for drinks & canapé/finger food servings at the ceremony location.
- Sound system – Proposal of simple PA system for sound for the speech of the celebrant/priest if required.
- Photography – Providing options of local photographers to choose from
PLANNERS FEES WILL INCLUDE THE BELOW SERVICES:
- Email communication & up to 1 video call meeting to go over the details and ideas of your vision for the ceremony.
- A meeting with your planner upon your visit in Mykonos, in the days coming up to the wedding, to get introduced and then discuss and go over the details. (up to 2 hours)
Designing, sourcing and executing your envisioned ideas. - Supervision, management of vendors upon agreed instructions.
- Coordination of set up from vendors of the items required. (2 hours of planner’s presence)
NOTE/CLARIFICATION:
Τhe wedding planner’s fee for sourcing the vendors and providing the above services. The fees of the vendors will be estimated and paid for, in addition to your wedding planner’s fee, according to the selections of vendors and items you will choose.
