INCLUDES THE SOURCING OF THE BELOW :
- Decoration inspirations – Thorough discussion of your vision for your wedding’s decoration with your wedding planner/decorator. Moodboards, tips and unique ideas for a custom décor plan developed to reflect your wedding style.
- Flowers – Discussion of the possibilities with our associate florists.
- Set up // furniture - Provision of associates and for setting up ceremony such as: floor decks, gazebo/arch/chuppah, chairs, and aisle.
- Decoration items sourcing – Furniture catalogues and suggestions of associates who can provide decorative items to match your wedding design.
- Art de la table – Suggestions of professionals providing items for the table set up such as: charger plates, glasses, cutlery and linens.
- Print outs – Suggestions of the design that will follow all print outs.
- Special Ideas – Discover unique touches like photobooths, frames, wish book tables, welcome signs, candy corners, ice cream carts and many more.
PLANNER'S FEES WILL INCLUDE THE BELOW SERVICES:
- Email communication & up to 1 video call meeting to go over the details and ideas of your vision of the decoration.
- A meeting with your planner upon your visit in Mykonos, in the days coming up to the wedding, to get introduced and then discuss and go over the details. (up to 2 hours)
- Designing, sourcing and executing your envisioned ideas.
- Supervision and management of vendors upon agreed instructions.
- Coordination of set up from vendors of the items required prior to the event. (2 hours of planner’s presence)
NOTE/CLARIFICATION:
Τhe price of this package is the wedding planner’s fee for sourcing the vendors and providing the above services. The fees of the vendors (e.g. florist, furniture rental company etc.) will be estimated and paid for, in addition to your wedding planner’s fee, according to the selections of vendors and items you will make.
